Okay, first we have to figure out if your work is publishable, i.e., if it meets a certain number of requirements. We do this through an internal peer-review that we do for free.
Depending on the analysis of the work done (even just the collected data) we reason about what we can do together. Once the draft of the paper is completed, we choose together the journals in which you want to publish and then I take care of all aspects of submitting the work.
